This work supports low-income households, individuals facing housing insecurity, and residents who need practical housing support to remain safe and stable in their communities.

Across the Denver area, rising housing costs continue to place pressure on low-income households, families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable residents. Too many people face difficult decisions between paying rent and meeting other essential needs such as food, transportation, healthcare, and utilities.
Housing instability affects more than where a person lives. It affects health, family well-being, employment, education, and long-term economic stability. When safe and affordable housing remains out of reach, the impact is felt across entire communities.
PMD responds to this need by providing housing-centered support that helps individuals and families remain housed, stabilize their circumstances, and stay connected to the resources they need. Through direct housing support and community partnerships, PMD strengthens pathways to safer, more stable living conditions.
We believe safe and stable housing is essential to individual and family well-being.
We support stronger communities by responding to real housing needs with compassion and purpose.
We believe every person deserves access to safe housing and respectful support.
We value responsible leadership, accountability, and mission-aligned growth.
We strengthen our work through collaboration with supporters, advocates, and community partners.
